Pandora Intelligence

DESCRIPTION

Helped simplify complex data by designing a clear, visual interface for cargo analysts.

SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS

I designed a new view for Pandora that simplifies the analyst’s workflow and solves key usability issues. By defining the most critical pain points, target groups, and personas, I shaped a solution that brings essential information together in one place. Through exploring the required features and designing a new end-to-end flow, I created a concept that helps analysts work more efficiently and with better context.

Pandora Intelligence is a data analysis platform that uses AI to help organizations detect patterns, assess risks, and make informed decisions. It turns complex, fragmented data into clear insights, supporting users in high-stakes environments like security, finance, and the cargo industry.

The challenge

The existing view for cargo analysts failed to consolidate and present relevant, complex data in a clear and actionable way. This created operational inefficiencies and increased the risk of errors in critical analysis.

Cargo analysts spent more time trying to piece together information rather than focusing on actual decision-making. Ultimately, the unclear interface slowed down workflows, reduced confidence in the system, and made it harder for less technical users to use the tool effectively, all of which directly impact the speed and quality of the analyst's work.
